At ReWoke_Edit, we want getting your pet-care essentials to be as simple and convenient as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver throughout South Africa.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.
Please provide a physical street address when placing your order. We are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Delivery Cost
Our standard delivery fee is:
R79 — orders up to 9.99 kg
If an order exceeds this weight, additional delivery charges may apply. Any applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (SAST) on a business day may begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Our normal processing time is:
0–2 business days

ReWoke_Edit cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.
If you realise that you entered the wrong delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address if your order has not yet entered the fulfilment or shipping process.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and product before disposing of anything.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbours, building reception or security.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us with your order number and tracking information so that we can assist you.

Although we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur because of circumstances outside our control, including:
- Courier disruptions
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Strikes
- Incorrect delivery information
- Unexpected logistical delays
We will do our best to assist you if a delivery is delayed.
Multiple Products in One Order
If you purchase multiple products, your items may be processed and shipped together where possible.
In some circumstances, products may arrive separately depending on availability, packaging and fulfilment requirements.
